Store-shelf sprays buy you a few quiet days; Nex Pest Control's Pest Control technicians treat the source so the problem doesn't just come back after the can runs out.
Nex Pest Control technicians live and work around Campo, which means the person inspecting your crawl space already knows how this soil and climate behave before they even open a toolbox.
Every technician we send out is licensed under state pest control regulations and covered by our company's insurance, so you're never gambling on who's walking through your door.
Nex Pest Control runs on one rule: quote it straight, treat the actual cause, and back it in writing. That's not a slogan — it's the reason Campo repeat customers call us back for the next issue instead of shopping around.
None of this replaces an actual on-site inspection, but knowing Campo's pest patterns ahead of time means fewer wasted visits and faster answers for you.
Most Campo service calls start with one small clue, not a full-blown infestation — catching it early is what keeps the job small.
None of these are emergencies by themselves — but stacking up together is the Campo homeowner's cue that this needs a real inspection. Waiting rarely makes the underlying colony smaller — it just gives it more time to spread into places that are harder and more expensive to treat.
Six service lines, one Campo crew — here's what we're dispatched for most.
A wasp nest by the front door or a rodent sighting near a newborn's room doesn't wait for business hours — our Campo emergency line is answered around the clock and dispatch is prioritized by risk, not by who called first. Our dispatcher asks a couple of quick questions to gauge urgency, then routes genuinely urgent Campo cases ahead of standard scheduling.
We treat the foundation line, utility entry points, and interior hot spots of Campo homes on a schedule built around what your specific property actually attracts, not a generic quarterly template. Plans can be adjusted mid-season if a Campo property starts attracting something new — the schedule isn't locked once it's set.
Campo restaurants, retail stores, and office buildings get a documented, scheduled program with service logs ready for any health inspection, run around your actual operating hours. Multi-location Campo accounts get one consistent point of contact instead of juggling separate vendors per site.
We check the soil line, crawl space, and framing for mud tubes and wood-to-soil contact, then recommend either a liquid barrier or bait station system based on what's actually found. Bait stations installed on the property get checked on a monitoring schedule, so new activity is caught early instead of at next year's visit.
We handle mice, rats, and the occasional squirrel or raccoon with humane methods and permanent exclusion work, not a one-and-done trap drop. Exclusion materials include hardware cloth, steel wool, and sealant rated for permanent structural gaps, not a temporary patch.
Monthly barrier treatment through Campo's peak season targets both standing-water breeding sources and the shaded resting spots where adult mosquitoes actually hide during the day. One-time treatments ahead of an outdoor event can usually be scheduled within a day or two.
Call +1-844-564-2570 and tell us what you're seeing — most Campo calls get a same-day window. Tell dispatch what you've noticed and where — it helps us send a technician already prepared for the likely cause.
We confirm the species and the source before recommending anything — no guesswork treatment. Inspection covers both interior hot spots and the exterior perimeter, not just the room where you noticed activity.
The price we quote on site is the price on the invoice, full stop. Nothing gets billed that you haven't already agreed to in writing.
Treatment happens the same visit where possible, with a follow-up scheduled automatically if the case calls for one. Follow-up visits are already on the calendar before the technician leaves, not something you have to call back to arrange.
You approve one number before we start — no hourly clock running while a technician works. If something changes mid-visit, we stop and re-quote before continuing, rather than adjusting the bill after the fact.
Local dispatch means less drive time and more slots available for Campo same-day calls. Dispatch can usually give you a two-hour arrival window rather than an all-day wait.
Every Campo technician carries state licensing and our company's liability coverage — ask to see it at the door. Licensing status is current and checked, not just a claim on a website.
If the treated pest is still active after the guarantee window, we come back and re-treat at no charge. We'd rather absorb the cost of a re-treat than lose a Campo customer's trust over a technicality.
Nights, weekends, holidays — the Campo emergency line is staffed and answered, not routed to voicemail. Emergency pricing is quoted just as clearly as a daytime visit — urgency never means a hidden markup.
Our technicians have inspected enough Campo attics and crawl spaces to know what's typical for your street before they even arrive. It's the difference between a generic national script and a plan built around what actually happens in Campo.
Campo clients don't have to argue for a re-treat. If our records show the pest is still present after the guarantee period, the next visit is already covered.
This isn't a lifetime promise on every pest forever, but within the stated window it's unconditional — no forms to fill out, no argument about whether it counts. Ask any technician on our Campo crew and they'll tell you the same thing — the guarantee exists so calling back is never a hassle.
The flat quote before treatment was the deciding factor for us — no surprise line items on the invoice afterward.
Appreciated that they explained exactly what species we had instead of just quoting a generic treatment.
The technician found our actual entry point instead of just leaving traps and hoping for the best.
Our restaurant needed a documented program before our next health inspection and they had it set up within the week.
Wasp nest by our garage door got removed same-day, right as the kids were about to go play outside.
They found a clogged gutter section holding water that we never would have thought to check ourselves.
Ant trail kept coming back every summer no matter what we sprayed ourselves — turned out to be a single foundation crack the technician sealed in one visit.
Our property management company needed a standing service across six units and Nex Pest Control set up one consistent schedule with a single point of contact.
No matter which part of Campo you're calling from, a licensed technician can typically reach you the same day. We route technicians daily across Campo, so location within our coverage zone rarely adds to your wait time. Whether you're close to downtown Campo or out toward the edge of our service radius, the same crew, pricing, and guarantee apply everywhere we're dispatched.
A same-day visit is available for most of Campo if you call before early afternoon.
You'll get one flat number after inspection, confirmed with you before treatment begins.
If it can't wait until morning, call the same number — the emergency line is answered around the clock.
Product safety and wait times are explained on site, in plain language, every visit.
Yes, every treatment includes a written guarantee period — if activity returns within that window, we come back at no charge.
Termite swarms and rodent entry are the two most common seasonal patterns we track across Campo.
A pre-purchase inspection covers the foundation, crawl space, and visible framing, with findings delivered in writing.
We work with Campo property managers on multi-unit and commercial contracts with flexible scheduling.
We'll recommend a frequency based on what your property's inspection actually shows, not a blanket schedule.
Usually not — most treatments only require you to stay out of the specific treated area for a short window.
We cover Campo itself along with the neighboring communities and zip codes listed in our coverage section above.
Payment is due at time of service for most residential visits, with commercial terms available separately.
Some issues, like a single wasp nest, resolve in one visit. Others, like termites or rodents, include a scheduled follow-up as part of the standard plan.
Property managers can set up standing service across multiple units with a single point of contact.
Clear access to baseboards, under sinks, and the attic hatch if possible — it speeds up the inspection significantly.
We quote a flat price on-site after inspecting, so there's no hourly rate or surprise add-ons on the invoice.
Yes, every technician dispatched in Campo, CA carries current state pest control licensing, which we'll show you on request before starting.
A written summary of findings and treatment is standard for termite work and available for any Campo visit if you'd like a copy.
